When It Comes to Training, Support, and Service... > The EXCEL Support Center diagnoses, maintains and repairs Dell and IBM hardware and standard software. > The EXCEL Support Center diagnoses, maintains and repairs standard MacBook and iBook software. Hardware repairs must be done by Apple, but the Center will facilitate. > The EXCEL Support Center and Computer Center Help Desk work together to provide just-in-time help, one-on-one training, and school project assistance - over 80 hours a week during the regular academic year, and 45 hours a week in summer. |
